Tokyo, Japan. In-depth conversations are a must when it comes to generating customer loyalty – and business. With this goal in mind, the LANXESS subsidiary in Japan organized a product exhibition and business meeting near the Tokyo office. Here, the focus was on sustainable products and market-oriented solutions. “Our aim was to strengthen our relationship with distribution partners and expand our position in our key areas in Japan,” explains Junichi Yonezu, LANXESS Country Representative in Japan. Based on the results, they seem to have been successful. The feedback from the 80 visitors from 21 partner companies was overwhelmingly positive: 98 percent stated that they would like to attend future LANXESS events again. Some visitors indicated that they would like to develop new product solutions with LANXESS and expand their business in the environmental sector.
